Roblox, a sandbox game with a monthly life of over 100 million yuan, may be introduced through education channel cooperation

Roblox, the online sandbox game released in 2005, raised $150 million (1.045 billion yuan) in a late stage G venture Capital round led by Andreessen Horowitz that also involved Temasek and Tencent, and has been further expanded by its existing investors Altos Ventures, Meritech Capital and Tiger Global Management.

"We are very optimistic about Roblox's prospects and are confident that we can support them as they move to the next turning point," said David George, General Partner of Andreessen Horowitz. "Roblox is one of the few platform companies with a compelling and organic, high-growth business model that will continue to drive the company and the industry forward into the future."

Excellent sandbox game (platform!) , the domestic little known but month live over 100 million.

On Roblox, there's only so much you can't imagine, and nothing you can't play. This amazing app contains hundreds of millions of players and countless game modes, all of which can be recreated and played perfectly through Roblox, such as Counter Strike and Night of the Fortress. 20201224/9dc73afff13b36187e650102df4c8747.jpg

In May 2019, Roblox also announced a strategic partnership with Tencent to bring it to China through education, providing guidance and education on programming and development for Chinese youth, and its software now includes Chinese language support, and code camps. Maybe this educational sandbox game, which has exploded in popularity abroad, will also do well when it enters the Chinese market.
